Summer basketball is a casual program. There are no
practices, instead we provide one or more games a week during the evenings and
Saturdays. There is no need to worry about conflicts with vacation schedules or
other summer activities - players come when they can. Summer basketball is a
great opportunity to work on basketball skills in a fun "pick-up"
style atmosphere.
Price per player (note that age for the league is age on
8/31/2012):
$55 ages 9-10
$65 ages 11-12
$75 ages 13-18
Discounts available for families registering 3 or more
players. Pay half price for third, fourth etc registration per family. Please
be sure to register all participants at the same time so the discount will
automatically apply.
Games are played on the outdoor courts at Meyer Way and
Kings Court at Turk Road and Hidden Pond. Register today to reserve your spot.

Games are played primarily in Central Bucks School Gyms. Additional gym space is added as necessary at Highpoint, Lakeside and SMG in order to ensure as many boys who want to play have the opportunity to do so. Leagues are determined by age. As in the past, we will offer age pure leagues for ages 7, 8, 9 and 10 year olds. At older ages we offer the 11/12, 13/14 and senior league for High School age players. In order to register for the 7 year old league your son must be 7 as of August 31, 2011. Note that your child's age on August 31, 2011 is his age for this season so please choose the age group with that in mind. Senior League players can be no older than 18 at time of registration and must still attend High School
Additionally, we plan to offer travel teams for ages 9 through 14. Generally we have one team at age 9 as well as A and B teams for ages 10 through 13. We plan to offer a travel team for 14 year olds but we will determine whether there will be one or two teams at this age depending on interest for tryouts. If your son is interested in playing travel please be sure to check yes on the registration form and you will be contacted by a travel coach with information on tryout times and locations. Deadline for travel registration is September 15, 2011. Travel tryouts are generally held from mid to late September depending on the coaches' schedule. If you are not registered you can not try out for travel. Those who do not make a team are placed automatically in our intramural or in/house basketball program. Should you choose not to play intramural you must request a refund - please note the refund policy above.
Our intramural or in-house basketball program is always a great opportunity for boys to develop basketball skills while playing in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Players at younger ages will have an opportunity to practice one night during the week with a chance to display their skill developed in practice in a game on Saturday. Practice schedules are varied so that boys who attend other community events do not miss practice every week. There are no practices in the Senior League. Senior League is a game only league that offers our older members games once or twice a week. Playoffs and championship games are held in the older aged leagues and are often the highlight of the season. Our in-house basketball program is always a great deal of fun.
